  • Should I make a reservation?

    No reservation needed — but letting us know you’re coming helps us serve you better!

  • Do we receive any free days of rentals?

    Yes, we give every 4th consecutive day free.

  • Do you rent out ski clothing?

    We rent jackets, pants and helmets for additional fees. Gloves, hats and goggles are available for purchase only.

  • What ski should I choose?

    Beginner: If you are a beginner you can choose our Basic Package. It is a softer, more forgiving ski.


    Intermediate: We recommend going with a stiffer ski, that’s why the PERFORMANCE package is what you are looking for. Looking for an all-mountain ski a little bit wider? Choose our HIGH-PERFORMANCE PACKAGE.


    Intermediate to advanced: HIGH PERFORMANCE / DEMO package. You will appreciate our variety of demo skis that we carry. 

  • When can I pick up the equipment?

    Same-day rental:

    The earlier you get here the better, so you have more time to have fun on the mountain.


    Next-day rental:

    You can pick up the equipment the day before between 2:30 pm-5:30pm. We don’t charge extra if you pick up the day before. We do ask you to not be here later than 5:30 as we do get busy with returns.


    RENTALS ARE DUE BACK BEFORE 5:45 ON THE LAST DAY OF YOUR RENTAL.

  • What is the process in renting?

    1. Paperwork- every person that is renting has to fill out and sign paperwork
    2. Boot fitting
    3. Getting the right ski/ snowboard
    4. Helmet, pants, jacket, etc. We have everything you need!
    5. Pay at the register

  • Can I rent for someone else?

    No. All fittings must be done in person.

  • I have my own boots. Do I need to bring them in?

    Yes. Please bring your ski/ snowboard boots because we need them to make the right adjustments.

  • What does the ski/snowboard rental package include?

    The ski packages include skis, boots, and poles. The snowboard packages include snowboards with bindings and boots.
